Her real estate career spans more than 18 years, starting in new home construction and transitioning to a licensed real estate agent in 2018. This extensive background has given Terry a deep understanding of the San Antonio and surrounding-area markets, new construction, and the many details that go into making a successful real estate decision.

Born and raised in San Antonio, Abel Zepeda brings a unique combination of real estate expertise and extensive construction knowledge to every client he serves. Abel began working in the construction industry at the age of 19 and has over 30 years of hands-on construction experience, giving him a valuable perspective when helping clients evaluate one of the largest investments they will make.
Throughout his construction career, Abel developed extensive knowledge of how homes are built and a trained eye for quality, craftsmanship, structural integrity, and potential. His career also included three years working as a roughneck on offshore drilling rigs in the oil and gas industry, an experience that further shaped the strong work ethic, determination, and straightforward approach he brings to his work today.
Abel transitioned into real estate more than eight years ago, combining his decades of construction knowledge with his passion for helping others and real estate investing. His background provides clients with insight that goes well beyond what can be seen in a listing.
